1. Ceramic coating
Protects metal surfaces against:- corrosion
- abrasion / erosion
- chem. attack
- high adhesion
- high abrasion resistance
- smooth surfaces / reduces frictional loss
- excellent impact resistance
- Solvent-free
2. Cement-bound ceramic lining
Cement-bound ceramic is an extremely dense material consisting of a special cement binder in combination with micro silica and superplasticizer. Extreme compressive strengths can be achieved by its high-density, non-porous structure. An advantage of this dense structure is that no impurities can penetrate through pores, which makes cement-bound ceramic a very good corrosion protection material.
The cement-bound ceramic is an admixture of extremely hard and heat-resistant ceramics such as bauxite, corundum and silicon carbide cement-bound ceramic is a wear-resistant material with excellent properties.
