An example of a material silo after restoration on the construction site. The silo gets several coatings after blasting. Consequently, a high-quality and low-cost surface preparation is achieved.
The container was provided with the customer's logo after priming and painting, which appropriately represents the owner’s brand.
Air separation plant Air Liquide
The air separation plant in the Voest alpine Donawitz / Leoben, Styria, was blasted and primed in the workshop. After installation, the surfaces were cleaned, the transport and assembly damage repaired. Multiple paintings based on epoxy resins and polyurethane were applied.
The respective color, as well as the logos were carried out according to customer requirements.

Repair of cavitation damage on 15 shovels of Francis impeller. Workflow:
Surface preparation (roughening) with BRISTLE Blaster
Cleaning with acetone
Reprofiling with ceramic filler
Sealing with ceramic composite material
Smooth the coated surfaces by grinding
